We say discuss something, not “discuss about something”. This mistake is often included in lists of common preposition errors.

We say by bus / by car / by train when we talk about the method of transport.

We use on when something is attached to or placed on a surface. British Council explains this basic place rule with examples like “on the shelf” and “on the sofa”.

We say depend on. “Depend of” is a common mistake.
